Yeah, what they said.

Bugs are quit annoying when trying to get medals, I actually have to slow my typing just to let it register.
Good idea for a game - but replayability is low. I'd rather play that one game... a TD, where you are some sort of wizard and you must the words that go with inbound orcs and creatures. I forget the name of it... but alot less short nonetheless.

I have beaten the game

Endless times now. The Boss Run and Mission Accomplished medals just aren't working. I have the Obtain All Gold Medals, though, which should tell the damn server that I have beaten every level, and obtained gold on all. Only took 3 days.
So where the hell are my medals?! What a waste of time.

Best game I've seen in a long time.

Excellent writing, sense of humor, gameplay, characters, etc etc.
And with medals?! iss juss da sweetness.
I'll be checking back frequently for people asking you why their browser closed when they tried the almighty fight move, mentioned in the description. And while I'm at it, I'll be playing some more of this awesome thing you call political statements and cool puns.

Decent, but repetitive.

Working on a flashing hands fix?! Finally! That thing has been bothering me for too long.
Also, THE MEDALS DON'T WORK. I only have 4 of them, because the other 6 or so that I've completed won't even show up.

So now that we're past the medal problems - time for a review on the gameplay.

The variety of enemies and weapons is nice, and the progression is a nice touch. Time limit = ? Does this determine the progression? There is no clock and no alert for what happens at the end of those 15-100 seconds.

The details of your character being changeable, very nice. But there could be a bit more to choose from, as they get old if you play this too much.
...Which brings me to my last point:

Replay Factor.
I will be honest, the only reason I replay this game at all is to see if medals are working yet. Otherwise, it's just a storyless, repetitive title in which you can't find any suspense, make any decisions, or even choose your enemies. There are only two difficulty levels; that doesn't leave much to the imagination.
If it had a soundtrack of heavy metal songs to choose from, even just 5 of them, I would give it another star.

Gameplay - 8/10
Storyline - should I even put a rating here?
Replayability - 4/10

6/10, 3/5.

Awesome game

Fun to play, fun to look for medals. 5/5

SPOILER for the Secret Area 1 ~~~ " After [completing the game,] go to the main menu then do a new game. After that press tab, and in the bottom left corner click the little film picture. "

For this being 2005

I can understand 'better than modern' programming/gameplay. But it was ONLY 2005!!!!!!! Programming got good in '01.

- Horrible collision detection, as another user commented on.
- Atrocious jumping capabilities.
- Turtle level, 2/3, is nearly impossible to pass with the allowed jump, since you cannot control height and have to jump at EXACTLY the right time, literally within a tenth of a second of the turtles' positions.
- Overall, 2/5, 5/10, because although the game is a good idea and could be fun, the programming is just lazy.
I figured the programming was intended as the challenge (for the sake of making medals more difficult to get), until I read that the game was submitted in 2005, and got medals in 2009. -_-
Fix that programming and I'll be sure to give it another shot.

Two glitches

One that resets your position for "Retry mission" in the second Slum Building, second floor, and the other that ends the possibility of progressing with the game.
DON'T CLICK THE MONITOR AGAIN after unlocking the mission "The Notice." It won't do a thing, and you can't progress unless you refresh the page and load a saved game.

The dialogue is decent but sometimes hard to follow with the grammar and a bunch of typos.
The gameplay is alright, a little too easy but there's not really any way to make it harder. 6/10, dropping one for the fatal glitch.

Good idea I suppose

Needs a ton of work though, which I'm sure you're aware of... nice music though. :)

Truly epic.

I've been playing this game since it was first released on Addictinggames (before I knew about Newgrounds). I LOVE every bit of it!!!!!!!!! Can't wait for a sequel XD

So I've been learning a lot about music lately. It's now December of 2013, and I have yet to produce an original Dubstep track to show off my newfound skills... Or should I call them newground skills? Anyway, keep an eye out!
